Talent Engagement Partners was founded by Andy Conklin, CPC, a hospitality sales and marketing executive who developed many teams for Hyatt Hotels, Starwood brands including Westin, W Hotels, Sheraton and most recently Visit Cincy. Today, Talent Engagement Partners serves clients locally and nationwide. The mission is to inspire growth for more hospitality careers and connect businesses with talented employees who actively engage with their customers and organization to maximize their performance and results.
